Tata NEU Card Closure Without placing request

Hi All,
I was taken by a surprise when i got to know my tata neu credit card is closed
I have never placed a close request nor i have asked for any closure

HDFC Closed without any notice

And i have not miss used card or rotated money my spends were 7K

Need your suggestion @TechnoFino @Wealth is my birth right! @Chaitanya-a @akshayhs @Bigde

Some of the new cards within 90 days if we use card for those categories they may close without notice

Ask them a valid reason that why they've closed it via grievance.redressalcc@hdfcbank.com

Rupay is the concern I guess
One of my Meesho purchase rupay cc amount debited but didn’t place order then I did with visa card
Called Meesho cc and they said i will get refund in 8 days

No email nothing..i was speaking on reward points agents told card is in closed status 🙁 no argument nothing

Its from HDFC only. And their customer care is useless. You have to mail higher authorities to get a valid reply.

In the meantime, try to contact their twitter team. They're somewhat helpful.

I guess they unknowingly issued 3 cards to u bro so far I heard 2 only possible so they realised and closed neu card

If they tell you their closure reason is 3 cards, then ask them to close this one and reactivate tata neu card. They'll do it without any hassle.
