Tata NEU Card Closure Without placing request

Has this been confirmed and verified? I have a hunch the customer care executive was telling just so you don't pursue it any further.
No no card is inactive in Mycards and Netbanking... HDFC is doing investigating internally why and how card was closed...Usually any clousure request is not completed immediately ..In my case system says i request placed on 20th 14:05 pM and card is closed at 14:15 PM which is suspicious

Best part is My RM is total useless..She doesn't even know whom should be approached

Yes but atleast i thought this time they will help me.
Even if you are private banking customer of HDFC you can only call TATA NEU customer care for the resolution of the tata neu card query.

Tata Neu customer care is worst than AXIS bank ..They even don't the basic of how credit card work.. I was on call with one of the executive for 30 mins in entire 30 mins he was just saying i need to check placing your card on hold

None of the CS of HDFC is good. Be it relationship CS or Tata Neu CS. They are highly illiterate by the way they tackle issues. Even bots are better than them.

Ironically their individual platforms/apps/services are quite good
It's just their decision of integrating everything to a common rewards/loyalty portal is the issue (what i think personally)

Have never had a bad experience with Croma, BB, 1mg

Also Neu is a trash app - not optimized for 120Hz on iOS (because coding on iOS has less edge cases to be tested and requires less development time)

I've observed these guys only do easiest work like taking request for network change or something like that. They're hesitant towards doing work which requires going extra mile.
That's why I said their chatbot Eva is better than them.

Arey bhai who made this tata Neu app in this digital era I want to know. How slow that app works!! I literally have to add to cart in their individual apps and then open & place order via Tata Neu😂
