Tata NEU Card Closure Without placing request

Hi All,
I was taken by a surprise when i got to know my tata neu credit card is closed
I have never placed a close request nor i have asked for any closure

HDFC Closed without any notice

And i have not miss used card or rotated money my spends were 7K

I had 72 Neucoins, ordered medicines of ₹75, got delivered it for free.

Funny part is that the delivery guy had to come almost 40km away to deliver this, don't how much Tata 1mg losses in this order😂

Mujhe ni mil ri thi 1mg me free delivery neupass k through. Isliye care plan lena pda. Maybe they've started now or what.

In 1mg I got free delivery but my order is above 1000

Definitely it will be an IT concern
Better to keep some audit’s consulted
Not only this financial year till 7 years anytime IT can send notice

Regarding that how serious of a problem is this. I just revolved my money from Bank account to credit card because of reward points. I just realised afterwards that the yearly limit is 10 lakhs. Is there any solution for this?

An auditor will be a perfect candidate for this scenario since it’s already spent and we can’t modify now

1mg shows paytm gateway so not sure how they track and give 5% neu pass plus 5% card specific rewards

Order numbers for Tata Neu are slightly different when compared to direct orders.
