Tata Neu - charged extra for 1 day delivery but Order not delivered

hi all

i had ordered from tata neu (croma) and paid 50 rupees for same day delivery. but it is 10pm now and the order is still not delivered. even their tracking Id is showing as invalid. the chatbot is of no help and is showing that it will be delivered today. their WhatsApp bot is also doing the same. i tried calling their helpline but to connect to an agent they have put me on indefinite hold.

giving up the hopes that the delivery will happen today, how can I escalate this? i would even be fine if I get my extra same day delivery charges refunded back.

i am regretting that I chose tata over Amazon just to save 100 rupees and get same day delivery.
