Tata neu, check eligibility, hit cibil?

I am new to Tata Neu and not seriously looking to get it but would like to see if I am eligible for any of their card as LTF as they are Rupay credit cards.
So on Tata Neu app, I see FYF cards but there is also check eligibility button, what happens if I click it, will it generate cibil enquiry?

Eligibility won’t fetch cibil I think but when applied I got a hard enquiry

It appears, HDFC did hard enquiry. As cards offered was not LTF, I did not proceed at that time. Today found in CIBIL report that enquiry has been made. This enquiry made 10 points down my score. Can this enquiry be removed from Cibil report?

After checking eligibility? I'm only seeing FYF since the launch. No LTF. Even after few transactions from the app.
