You should get neucoins in two tranche too. Usually, right after delivery. If you don't get within 72 hours, you may send mail to customer support.

Nope, this happened to me in December also... didn't get it. Sent mail to Customer care and they keep asking me to send screenshot of offer and blah blah. It was already post 7th Dec and couldn't share it.
