While placing order on Neu bigbasket, my cart got divided in two orders. One for about 2450 after 10% instant discount and another for rs 140 around. There was single payment made. I thought it will be two deliveries and not really two orders. They were at same time but I guess from two different distribution centers. So, missed pay day sale neucoins because of that. ☹️

Same Happend with me as well but in my case Divided Order came from same Warehouse.
Now a days they are divinding Specific items in different shippment.
Yes, same for me. I cannot see the HDFC Neu card 10% upfront discount code in the offers. All other cards are showing. Hopefully they will put the code tomorrow once HDFC/Neu employees get to office.. the code in the link (NEUCARDCC) does not work for payday sale.
Ideally they will give the bonus coins. The requirement is that single order of 2500/ is to be placed, which you have done.
It has happened with me once too on the past and I got the coins. If the coins are not automatically credited after 24hrs, reach out to support, they will give it to you.
I least accepted but they actually credited bonus neucoins without any fuss with a single email. I did mention in email that it was it a single payment transaction reference and attached invoices for their convenience. Thanks guys. And this quad dip is awesome.

They credited it last time thankfully but now it has become a regular thing on big basket. They better devise a solution or everytime there would a small loss in earning neu coins.
This time they split my order into two such that the second order was of 70 Rs. only. What kind of optimization is this BB only knows.
With delivery boys running with 99 rs worth grocery to deliver in 10 mins, nothing can be optimised. People use to plan for a month of grocery and buy at one time. What has gone wrong with the world.

I think the 10% instant discount on NeuCard is no longer available as of 3rd December, 2024. It was available on Black Friday sale though. Today, just the 250 NeuCoins cashback on ₹2500+ order was introduced.
This is the 2nd month that HDFC Neu 10% upfront discount offer is not there. Seems HDFC is silently devaluating the card offers now!!
I guess HDFC Neu exhausted itself in Black Friday sale. It was there in it.
For black Friday they had some other offer on the 10%. Min spend was 3k for 200 coins, then 5k for 500 coins and 10k for 1000 coins.
I did not see this BB offer on black Friday, maybe it was targeted to some ppl only.
