I placed an order but didn't get the extra Neucoins

Please ignore my post and there seems to be an error with the offer

Got only 100 Coins instead of 125 Coins.

Also Tata Neu did not honoured 200 Bonus coins even after I claimed the offer and placed a new order after that. Now Banner is not visible again. For me MOV is 2000 for Bonus coins .

The offer is a targeted offer for those who already did one transaction before 6th.
That would explain why you did not get the 200 coins even though you cancelled and placed another offer after claiming the bonus. The system would have flagged the cancellation.

For me, it still shows banner. On clicking, it says I have already claimed and redeemed the offer.

No, TnC says it should be 2000 post any discount/cancelled items, etc.
