Tata Neu Infinity Bill payment Problem

I have Tata Neu Infinity credit card, so i am paid my all utilities bill on this card using tata neu app. Today when i pay my electric bill it can show payment doesn't allow on this merchant. i don't understand this problem because 4 day ago i am already pay another electric bill on this card using tata neu app. please anyone can help me on this problem.

Merchant might have disabled the rupay credit card acceptance due to MDR charges or temporary issue. Try in another account

I'm unable to pay jio postpaid bill via Tata neu credit card on Tata neu app. I see the same message that rupay credit card payment is not allowed for this merchant.

I also tried this and I was also facing the same problem. Tried many things - mobile prepaid, electricity, water etc.

It's because we select Tata Pay UPI as the payment method. Instead select Card payments and manually enter the Neu Infinity cards details and pay. It will work.

But are you sure if this method will give you 5% discount on bill payment using neu infinity rupay credit card ? Because it's available only using tata pay merchant I guess
