Tata Neu Infinity Card No Cashback

From April onwards all of my Tata Neu Infinity Rupay Card transactions are marked to Paytm Bangalore. I didn't receive any cashback for them under Add_Bigbasket.
The cashback received is for transactions under INNOVATIVERETAILCONCEPT Bangalore.
Mailed to HDFC grievance as well. Still waiting on their reply. Screeshots attached for the bill.
Any idea on what can be done?

I do not use Neu except for UPI Txns that too rarely😂

5% at Tata Neu Brands ke liye Neu Card kon use karega.

GVs alone gives minimum 5% Value back that too real Cash, then why to use Tata Neu Co Branded Card ?😂

@VISHESH_BANSAL , the neu card also has neucoins for insurance, utilities, phone recharges as well. Its one card that caters to lots of different categories. Else you need different cards for them.
Also can you let me know the GVs(portal) that provide 5% as hdfc gyftr on payzapp shows 1500 monthly limit for bigbasket.
