I already paid 3 LIC bills this month and today when I am trying to pay the 4 bill, it is not fetching my Credit card details in the payment page...only UPI option it is showing...

Previous 3 bills total is around 20k rs...

Yes, you're correct, it's Neu pass devaluation. Earlier it was Total 10% returns (5% card+5% neu pass). Now the neu pass returns are purely on spend based.

I think when this got launched I was having Explorer status but today I see it's Legend.

There is NO Neucard devaluation. It's just Neupass devaluation and that too for the people who do not have Neucards. Neucard holders will get complimentary legend status.

So far this card has been too complicated to be of any use. I have been using Scanner of Tata Neu app religiously for all UPI payments but hardly see the 1.5% posted next month which can be only used on purchases of Tata Neu App. There is no benefit of using on offline tata brands like Westside, Zudio, Tanisq.
With a mixed use of scanner and Westside type shopping I can see 1400 point for spending 66K in 3 months. I will rather switch to LTF HDFC Rupay card, if this needs annual fee next year and not offering LTF.

1400 is roughly 2.1%. Is that really bad for what it promises? 5% on tata brands ( most offline) and 1.5% on rupay credit card (0.5% on card and 1% from app).

Please calculate yourself using a spreadsheet per statement. It will not be difficult to find which transaction had missing points. We can then check why it was missing and if you need to raise with hdfc or neu support.
