I have obtained Tata Neu Infinity HDFC credit recently on 20.02.2023. Can anyone tell me what is the statement date for this card and approximate due date. And also what is the procedure to change the statement date.

To modify the statement date of your HDFC Tata Neu Credit Card, send an email to customerservices.cards@hdfcbank.com with your request. The current statement date on my HDFC Tata Neu Plus Rupay Credit Card is on 23rd of every month, and the payment due date is set 20 days later.

Statement date for my Infinity is 1st and due date is 21st.

I was informed that for co branded cards statement generation date is 1st of each month and cannot be changed.

I got after 2-3 days after statement generation. According to T&Cs, they give before 7 days.

I called HDFC customercare regarding the card statement generation date change and was told that the executive can take the request and it will be processed after a call from the supervisor. I've asked them to aline my statement date to that of my primary, Millennia card on 23rd of the month. I was reminded that this could be done only once... I am supposed to get the call within 3 working days...
Again, ICICI has a much better process to do that, yet another thing HDFC can learn from them and improve upon.

The executive asked the same questions as the original one, as to why I want it changed, and that whether I know its possible once. Afterwards, I was told that the request is registered and subsequent to the call, I received SMS confirmation registering the message. It also said I'll be informed when it is processed. Since then, nothing. How long does it usually take? Anyone with the experience?
