Tata Neu Infinity: neucoins calculations, benefits and neupass

i have tata neu infinity on rupay network.

1. is this card visible on hdfc app? or is tata neu app the only way to track transactions?
2. it says that 10% neucoins on tata neu app. does that mean that if we use 'scan and pay' on tata neu, then also we get 10%? my card is not yet active, so i dont know if scan&pay allows us to pay using upi linked to this card
3. which rupay select benefits are NOT applicable for this card?
4. does the neu pass ever expire?

I was buying some stuff from croma. Croma offers 10% discount on select bank like Icici.

If I pay with ICICI on Thursday, I'll get 5% neu coins with complimentary membership + 10% Icici instant cashback.

And If I pay with Tata Neu, I'll get 5+5% new coins

In this case Icici looks better, Any suggestions?

yes, I think it is a better option if you pay with ICICI card, also there is 2k limit on neu coins that you earn, it is better you go with ICICI.
Also, even if the reward rate/discount was same I would always prefer a 10% instant discount than having to redeem any points/coins.

The card is visible in tata neu app and Hdfc app and Mycards website

Not entirely sure but I think you will get 1.5% neu coins by default for scan and pay and 10% neu coins if you pay using tata neu card on the tata neu app

Spa and health check ups etc

Neu pass does not expire but neucoins expire after 365 days

How about fuel spend via CC UPI?

Same surcharge and 1% reversal logic applies on HDFC or other Rupay cards?

I seen somewhere that we can get more than 500 neu coins on UPI spend per month , but forgot the link .
Asking this because planning to pay 75k payment in bike showroom using infinity card.

Why don't you swipe the card as such? Should get 1.5 percent without any capping...

They are not allowing card payment more than 5k.
Looks like they don't know about 1.1% charges on credit card UPI , so they allowing it .

Thanks! I find the Neucoins and Neupass system to be pretty confusing and complex with so many terms and conditions. This is not my fav card in this sense

A week (mostly/max) after the statement generation. It will be visible in Tata Neu app. Click on the banner in the homepage (Available Neucoins > View more > Swipe to the end to see Credit card rewards)
