Hi Guys,

I have closed tata neu credit card on May 23 as I want to apply from Tata neu infinity but after 3 months also I am still not able to apply tata neu infinity card in app.Can anyone let me know do i need to wait for 6 months to apply again.

I am able to see attached message while reapplying.

I sent a separate mail to HDFC bank asking to confirm if the card is closed or not. That's when they sent this mail to me.
(I did it just for my reference).. see the 6 month clause in the mail..

I dont think there is any waiting period after closing.. i am gonna wait for pre approved core card now and then apply for this card 😀

Quick question/seeking adivce.
I wasn't aware of the 1.5L limit requirement for Infinity so got offered plus.
They have marked LTF with a 10 day validity (unsure if its just a marketing thing or legit). What would you recommend I do (,considering I have no urgent need of the card and don't mind waiting for requirement of 1.5L to be met but need it to be LTF):
1. Apply for LTF plus now and mail for infinity upgrade later down the line when limit exceeds 1.5L (unsure if they will upgrade to LTF infinity or paid infinity)
2. Skip the application now and apply few months later after limit enhancement cycle so that I'm eligible for Infinity (again unsure if I'll still have LTF offer in app)
Edit: By waiting for LE I mean I have existing Millenia LTF with 1.42L limit. I'm assuming they are matching my Millenia limit with the neu card I am applying for)

Its LTF
If you take this now then you can email HDFC for limit increase ( salary slip/ITR ) they'll verify and they might increase your limit to 1.5L+
then you can easily convert this to Infinity and it will stay LTF

what is the email of the tata neu team can any one tell me , i am also facing the same issue , i have also closed my card but when i go to apply from tata neu app it says we can not find any tata neu bank credit card associated with your account

Fastest and the most effective way is to have patience. Due to weekend and bank holidays you might have faced the delay.

now i am getting option to reapply for tata neu card , i have closed all my existing hdfc credit card and i have a bank account with hdfc bank , will i have to do vkyc if i apply .
