Currently they are not providing ltf straight
U can login with tatacliq app and default banner for fyf u will get
Take fyf and participate in the current league spending to make it ltf

I won't suggest you to open account and then send request for LTF. They're straight away rejecting the request.

What you can do is click on 'Neucard apply' once and leave it in the midway. It'll trigger the FYF/LTF offer. Many people got the offer this way.

I'm having HDFC IOCL card, can I apply for HDFC tata neu card as it's showing LTF for me in app, because I've heard that we can't have 2 co branded cards from HDFC.

HDFC doesn't consider IOCL card as cobranded. You can apply.
