No Tata Neu LTF CC if existing HDFC card holder?

Hi folks,
Yesterday I got a call from card agent who asked me for Tata Neu card. I said that I wanted it but it should be LTF. To that, she replied that since I am already holding an HDFC credit card then I cannot get Tata Neu card as LTF. Is this true? I can see FYF only on app from long time and I am guessing this must be true. Even though I have done transactions in Tata related apps, I am not getting the LTF offer.

How did you manage to get Infinity LTF... Can you please share

I initially got Tata Neu Plus credit card even when I applied for Tata Neu Infinity as my credit limit was 1 lakh 48k but as per the unofficial criteria a cx need to have a credit limit of 1 lakh 50k and above to get Infinity. So I took Tata Neu Plus and completed the Tata ipl league to make my plus card ltf. Then plus card got converted to ltf and before a month a got a limit enhancement offer to 1 lakh 60k used it and sent an email to grievance team asking them to upgrade my card to Tata Neu Infinity ltf and requested my RM. He mentioned the notes and grievance team have upgraded my plus card to Infinity ltf. It was a cool experience with Hdfc.

Did it ever happen for someone that Neu App was showing the Card FYF but after entering PAN details it showed LTF. 😎

I know that reverse happened with many (LTF shown in app but after entering PAN FYF only).

I am not a Tata employee but I have it LTF. Offer came in app itself.

App it's self showing but it's not correct , ones you have free just visit the branch and confirm your tata cc is life time free or fees confirm 👍

There's no reason to assume app is incorrect.

No one is getting LTF Tata Neucard offer in app in recent times by default. Existing customer can also get it converted to LTF if done good spends and have good relationship with HDFC Bank. But you first have to take FYF card.

I’m new to TF family and not yet used to the interface. I have a few questions.

I just received a call offering me HDFC Pre approved cards life time free. Total 3, including Tata neu infinity which I want to have.
But I just got SBI Cashback cc a week ago and axis flipkart cc 3 weeks ago i guess. Before getting these cards, I also applied for hdfc tata neu through tata neu app,but left the application in the middle bcz they wanted to check my accounts’ details, but hdfc performed cibil enquiry anyway. So 3 hard pulls already in last 3 months.
I don’t have any relationship with HDFC as of now.

1.Should I continue with the application or wait for another 3 months. But I’m afraid that I wont get ltf offer.

2. And if Yes, should I first request to close the previous application and then initiate new one?
