Tata Neu LTF Infinity Rejected

Hi,

I got an offer for LTF of Tata Neu Infinity and applied Rupay version. I hold their imperia banking for 12+ years and have an Infinia with a limit of 12L+ . Holding hdfc CC from 15 years.
Surprisingly, the card got rejected now, anything I can do to get the card?

My CIBIL is 790+
Salaried.

PS: I have got Magnus 2 weeks back with a limit of 10L

If you willing to take neu plus then go ahead else wait for infinity.Inbetween do transaction with your existing hdfc card on tata neu app for quick invitation.

Tried doing a txn on 1mg, but my card is not accepted as it's Diners

Even my card got rejected with LTF offer, holding imperia relationship for 2 years and holding DCP credit card

I have DCP with 2.1 lkh limit and having basic 10K account with them for last 3 yrs and CC relationship for 5.5 yr, I got my Neu infinity card LTF without anny hiccups and limit shared with DCP, maybe some technical issues on their part
