Tata Neu LTF Infinity Rejected

Hi,

I got an offer for LTF of Tata Neu Infinity and applied Rupay version. I hold their imperia banking for 12+ years and have an Infinia with a limit of 12L+ . Holding hdfc CC from 15 years.
Surprisingly, the card got rejected now, anything I can do to get the card?

My CIBIL is 790+
Salaried.

PS: I have got Magnus 2 weeks back with a limit of 10L

Guys, I just got a message from Tata Neu that Infinity card is approved.

Might be emails to Hdfc might have helped in getting the rejected card approved.

You may have recently applied for credit related product or have open application with hdfc thats why it is rejected...

Same case is with me... My Tata neu card approved on 25 march and I got limit enhancement on my 4 years old moneyback card on 2 april from 4.25L to 4.6L.
I applied for it and it got rejected.

Even I am not sure, but I wrote a very strong e-mail. I think they can override their own policies sometimes with exceptions.

Many times happen with HDFC Bank and Axis bank if more volumes they reject few for silly reasons and at month end if big targets pending for them they pick some rejected ones and pass through not sure how they maintain logs for internal audits

Escalate the issue with their card team..mentioning the same..off late You will get your card..

Yes..you will not get tata neu infinity on such a low limit..

Reasons- Application for Tata neu cards are getting rejected for existing Hdfc Card holders are :- (a)If on your existing card limit is less(Like less than 1.5 Lac) then donot apply for tata neu cards,Probably your application will get rejected. Note:-Some users also got the card with low limit...

Yes..you will not get tata neu infinity on such a low limit..

I recently availed pre-approved LE of 25k whereby increasing my credit limit to 1.5L. So I guess my Nue application will be rejected.

You should wait for atleast 3 months then apply..Baaki in banks ka kuch bharosa ni kab kiska reject kr de without any valid reason

FYF shown a week back, then I checked eligibility. It showed only Nue Plus variant. Then I read about 1.5L limit criteria and claimed LE offer. As I already checked eligibility, now it's in final page of card application. Didn't complete that.

If you willing to take neu plus then go ahead else wait for infinity.Inbetween do transaction with your existing hdfc card on tata neu app for quick invitation.
