Similarly I was traped by Tata Neu in the name of LTF whereas It was FYF.Upon I am not convinced as this is a LTF offer, started enquiry in Twitter, and by my assumption this is still in FYF.. Tata is Such a Fakers..

You got a email also as LTF? I got only a notification from app, if I dismiss before seeing it, could not know they sent me this fake offer 😂Similarly I was traped by Tata Neu in the name of LTF whereas It was FYF.
But HDFC Converted it to LTF after I shared the LTF SMS and E-Mail.
Be careful Guys, When LTF reflects on the Apply Page then only Proceed to apply.

In those SMS "Name of Customer " is mentioned.
And Communications which I had received is a general SMS only. My Name is not mentioned neither in Mail nor on SMS.
Then anybody can claim that he has received LTF SMS if name is not mentioned by sharing same Screenshot with bank and Tata Neu.They should have given LTF, name doesn't matter, we received in my mobile app notification which is logged in with our number
Tata have the history of to whom they are sending this offers, they cannot send to everyone, if they do, then it's a falty systemThen anybody can claim that he has received LTF SMS if name is not mentioned by sharing same Screenshot with bank and Tata Neu.
We can not even Proof that we have received such SMS on our Registered Nunber.
I had deleted the E-Mail and SMS otherwise I would attach it.
I had received only one E-Mail for LTF offer and in that E-Mail Sender ID was visible . Receiver ID that is my E-Mail ID is not visible below the Sender ID.
So Tata Neu is sending fake LTF SMS and E-Mail.

First I contacted Tata Neu.
I clearly mentioned in E-Mail to check System logs for details of SMS which was sent to me.
but as the offer was fake ,they intentionally ignored the SMS and E-Mail Screenshots which I had shared
Date and time of SMS was visible in the Screenshot but they told me I become eligible for LTF OFFER after Card was Approved 🤣🤣 .
They even arranged a call back from an executive who repeated the Complete
E-Mail sent to me Word to Word
Instead of Accepting the mistake they told me to contact HDFC directly
Even if you apply by clicking from infinity card page after it can only show neu plus,For me ( after taking the card), tata neu app shows this card is life time free for you.
