There's a good chance that it may not work! For 1mg, the progress was recorded after order was delivered.
For other stores, progress gets recorded instantly after u place the order.

Try 1mg at your risk!

I think if you place order on 1mg today, it should still work but maybe better check with customer care on chat so that it can be recorded
