After recent app update, the rewards page is gone and I can no longer access the page where Taj Dining voucher was mentioned. The voucher had 365 days validity. Customer care is helpless. They don't even know what's Rewards League.

Please help anyone!! 😭😭😭

Yes very bad. You need 3 badges to get 250 neucoins. No neucoins for individual badges. Need to spend at least 4000 to only get 3 badges.

I made 4 upi scan and pay transactions using cc on tata neu app but the badge still shows 0 transactions. All were worth rs 500 or more. Does it take some time to reflect?

No it was instant in my case. Hope you did the transactions using your rupay cc not normal bank account.

I did using rupay cc. I contacted support. They said 72 hours. In your case, did it track after all 5 transactions or after every transaction the badge progressed one by one?

It tracked all transactions, I was checking the progress bar after each transaction and it was working perfectly fine

I have faced the same issue like you. Are you on latest version of app. Because i updated the apo and this issue occured. It stucked at 3 transactions.

Not sure which app version it was when i did the transactions. Mines still stuck at 0. I just checked play store. Theres an update and i updated just now. Still at 0.

6th Oct - Did 4 txns of 500+
7th Oct - Did 1 txn of 500+

On 6th also I checked after each transaction the progress increased
