Tata Neu Rewards League Offer - LTF CC based on order milestones

Did anyone else see the attached banner for Tata Neu Rewards League Offer.
It looks like Tata Neu users will be eligible for LTF Tata Neu Credit Cards based on the number of orders placed. There is also an option to convert existing paid CC to LTF if the user reaches Final milestone (9 orders with minimum order value of Rs.500).
Of course there is minimum order criteria to other terms & conditions but it's still pretty straightforward and doable IMHO. There is also additional Neu Points & other cash voucher offers + highest spenders will get expensive gifts like Vacation/TV etc.
Top most spend tier (Final Milestone) promises up to 51% returns !
P.S: My Tata Neu LTF CC application got rejected for odd reasons and I've already escalated for a solution. So don't have a Tata Neu card yet.

Any 9 orders ok but try placing 600/- each since 1mg price gets altered and similarly in bb grocery for vegetables due to no stock they refund in wallet for a 35/- item to me in one order which made final value less than 500/-

Don't do this as they may merge all the orders into a single order citing operational convenience, if address is same for all orders.

I placed 10 orders (total 15k) in a span of 20 minutes. All of them were counted for all the milestones. Do note that for 1Mg orders, you need to wait for upto 2 hours after delivery

Do we get an option to change the mobile number while applying for the card via tata neu app ?

The thing is, the number registered on Tata Neu is different from what is registered with HDFC Bank. And As per Sat*sh Ag*rw*l's blog, he got lower variant card with less limit for the first time due to different number (which is same as my case)

And talking with the Customer Care wasn't helpful either as they said that the reward process might get lost if I update my number in tata neu platform(they are not sure about it)

When I click on "Check my Eligibility" on the app, its only asking for PAN details and so, I assume that mobile number should not be of any issue as HDFC would check the Credit report and provide variants/limits accordingly instead of looking for the number in their database (I already hold HDFC CC with 3.12L limit)

Can someone please shed some light on this, as I do not want to miss the offer (status is already Champion)

There is no option to change phone number.
The OTP directly goes to the number which you have registered with Neu app while submitting application.
And afaik you can change your contact number by sending them a mail, only the contact number gets updated on app and rest everything remains same.
Maybe you should try to connect with some other executive or over Twitter and ask them what would be the status of reward league if contact number is changed

As, I have not applied for the card till now and so, I am not sure how it goes ahead... I have reached only till "Enter PAN details" page, but haven't provided the information as I do not want un-necessary CIBIL entry for neu card (if I can't get that as LTF)

It doesn't allow to change mobile number from app. Talked to customer care, agent called on both numbers and confirmed. There is one thing though, number in other stores like bb may or may not get changed.
