You can spend upto 6lk/month and 18lk/year and get 5% back. Anything more than that will not earn neu coins.

Whether u order from app or purchase from stores, it is the same 5% neu coins that u get. U get few extra neu coins from the app also, around 1-1.2%, this is calculated according to the tier to which u belong.
