Tata neu terminated my membership

I ordered on big basket on 6th dec. But didn't receive the neucoins. So contacted customer care but to my surprise they've terminated my membership. What to do now? What could be the reason? @VISHESH_BANSAL @Abhishek012

I wasn't behind the neucoins tbh. I can purchase the same from store right!!? Then why blocking the membership. They're so dumb. Blocking the membership means that I won't earn neucoins from now on nothing else.

Even Flipkart also does the same they have blocked my account for too many order cancellation many cancellations happened by themself during BBD sale and they even didn't care when I contacted them and they said we cannot unblock

If you are not after their neucoins, then blocking you from their membership shouldn't not effect you ..right?
