You can check DigitalOcean, they have a Datacenter in Bangalore and have good support + are cost effective...

They are comparatively more extensive to manage infrastructure than a direct VPC provider like Godaddy for example...

Any decent CDN will prevent from common such attacks... Or add captcha for loading...
