No result when trying to view messages of a user.
1. For own details: Click on own user icon at the top -> Your content -> No result (screenshot attached)
2. For other users: Click on username -> In the popup click on Messages -> No result.

Everything you mentioned working now. It was a short downtime of search index.

Error #2 is resolved: I can now view messages of other users from their profile.
Error #1 is still there: I still can’t see my own messages from profile.

Working now without clearing cache.

auto rotate is happening even though Portait is off. Galaxy S20 FE
in browser it is fine..
is this new trick by TF for not using app while on bed ?

What is the benefits of TF app rather than browser? App always consume more battery and there is also access issue. Why don't keep the page open in the browser itself?

Unable to lock screen mode in portrait, it automatically turn to landscape mode, although mobile view mode is set to potrait, i am using android phone
