I received an email stating “Your YouTube Premium family membership will be paused”.

I’m part of the family group and this is my second year. Is there any workaround for this issue now?

YouTube Premium membership stops in 14 days because not all members are in the same location. If this isn't resolved, please refund the remaining amount, as we can't access the premium membership benefits.
