They are reserved for the most elite or the prime customers of a specific/group of airlines.

These lounges are not available through cards/Priority pass,
Sort of like Centurion lounges only for Amex higher cards kind of situation

But a private room with attached washroom would be great during layovers

The sleeping pods are pretty comfortable too. I guess they do not offer a private room with a PP, but you can benefit by availing some discount

They have not fixed it for any airlines; it is just that the priority pass and lounge key pass have removed it from their list. Last year, i.e., in 2023, they had it on their list.

Really? I've never heard of a shower suite before. A lot of the lounges have free showers though.
