Yes, All HDFC cards domestic lounge access managed by HDFC and not RuPay/Visa/Mastercard.

But you can still access RuPay exclusive lounge at Departure Pier (DP) 11, T3D, near Boarding Gate number 41 domestic departures, IGI Airport using Tata Neu RuPay credit cards or any RuPay Credit card (Select, Platinum & Higher Variants only), if your spend limit -

Tier 2	Rs 50,001 to Rs 1,00,000	4 complimentary visits in a quarter

@Abhishek012 I have HDFC Rupay Regalia which has spend criteria of 1 lakh perhaps.
I use the card only for UPI payments, so 1 lakh criteria is not met...but I do spend more than 10K per quarter.

Can I use it to access Rupay lounge at T3?
If yes, how many - before 31 Dec and after 31 dec?

Tata Nue infinity has 2 access/quarter without any spend criteria. Lets say if I had spend 60K inr in the previous quarter, does this offer override or accumulate ? i.e., 4 access/quarter 4+2 access /quarter?

I think the simple answer is,

You can have a 50K annual fee Rupay Credit Card that offers unlimited lounge access.

But if the spends are 0 then you get zero lounge access in Rupay airport lounge.

You can use your bank-offered lounge access only in other lounges.

Rupay Exclusive Lounge jo hai, woh mere bank offered lounge access se chalega ya nhi? Agar mere bank ne mujhpe koi spend condition nhi lagayi hui toh kya mai Rupay Exclusive Lounge access kar paunga ya nhi without spending 10k? Baaki non exclusive lounges pe woh bani rahegi that I understand.

I think RuPay Exclusive Lounge nahi chalega next year se. Uske liye spend karna hoga.

Baki Bank lounge access or non-exclusive RuPay lounges pe chalega without any spend condition (agar bank ne spend condition nahi lagaya toh).

RuPay has set up Exclusive Lounge at T3 departure terminal of Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport.

This is first exclusive lounge of RuPay at Departure Pier (DP) 11, T3D, near Boarding Gate number 41 domestic departures, IGI Airport. RuPay Exclusive lounge offers wide spread Of food, drinks and entertainment that differentiates it from other lounges in T3 Departure at IGI Airport. RuPay exclusive lounge promises pleasant stay, excellent spread of menu and first of its kind of entertainment experience for their patrons.

Dedicated page of RuPay exclusive lounge shall be created under RuPay website (www.rupay.co.in)

At Terminal 3, Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi, only RuPay Credit cardholders (Select, Platinum & Higher Variants only) will have access to Rupay Exclusive Lounge. Access to the lounge will be on spend based and driven through Rupay Benefit Management System (RBMS). Member banks and Issuers shall share eligible cardholders details every quarter.

RuPay Exclusive Lounge access policy to be governed/defined by NPCI from time to time.
