Thoughts on Axis Vistara Card as a Rent Payment Card

Hi, I think Axis Vistara card still counts rent payment towards milestone benefits of free tickets. I currently hold Magnus as well but rent will not be counted towards milestone benefit. So I was wondering if it makes sense to get a Vistara Card for paying rent and getting the milestone benefit. Thoughts?

Reply from the customer care for Axis Vistara Infinite:

As per the revised terms and conditions of Axis bank, please be informed that effective from 5th March 2023 the rent and wallet transactions will not be considered as spends for milestone benefit.

Further, we would like to inform you that the below-mentioned transactions will not be eligible for CV points:
1)Cash withdrawal transactions
2)Transactions made with finanical institutions
3)Jewellery transaction
4)Wallet load transactions
5)Fuel transactions

Please note that any reversal of transactions or conversion of transactions to EMI will lead to reversal of CV Points for the particular transaction.

The following MCCs(Merchant cetegory code) have been excluded from CV Points eligibility: 6012, 6051, 5944, 6011, 6540.

Yes I saw that. but customer care replied to me March 30th. Even I'm confused on whom to believe.

Customer care agents are usually outsourced, and they probably might not have received the updates.
If you ask me, Axis official documents holds more value in this case.

Air India is closing Vistara. Any effects on issued vouchers/CV points?
