I am in Atlas Gold Tier since this August and it is visible in my app as well. Now when I was traveling out of India, I noticed that app is showing only 4 international lounge access which should be more for Gold Tier. I sent a mail to them and they replied they will check. After almost 15 days of 3days wait, they are saying that I am in silver tier although I got the renewal benefit as per Gold and visible in app as well. No idea how to deal with such incompetency.
