Yes, if you use Tata Products like Big Basket / Air India / Chroma... Or Zomato, 10 has 10% CB.
For me, just by using Zomato / Air India and Big Basket it is worth it...

Mine is REJECTED stating "We reviewed your recent Credit Card application XXXXXXXXXX, and noticed that you already are an existing HDFC Bank Credit Card holder. So we are unable to issue an additional Credit Card to you. We request you to continue using your existing Credit Card with us.We thank you for your patronage"

Go for it - it is one of the cards which is very useful if LTF (even for occasional purchases)

For paid version, would not recommend unless you have enough spends in Tata

Try mailing to Grievance team to reconsider the decision. They might appove.

Good card to keep if being offered as LTF.

Yes, it is a good allrounder card.
You can use it for UPI, bigbasket spends through neu app, utility bill payments through neu app etc.
You can get neu coins and use it for Air India Express flights or Taj hotel bookings.
