Requesting all experts to give their views and opinions of the top 10 WORST credit cards in India which are designed to bait gullible customers.
eg. Cards which give very low returns on spends
OR
have high charges and fees including joining fee, renewal fee, forex markup, etc; without proportional returns

Kotak Royal Signature (Paid)… Worst among the cards I ever had.

I toh find their Kotak white Signature( LTF) also worst which I never use, useless card only for high spenders.

ICICI MMT card is good for flight/hotel bookings on MMT. It gives 15% instant discount on bookings every monday (once per month) which is a decent deal + some cashbacks in MMT wallet.

From Bank perspective it's a credit offering and bank has no intention to offer it to us only for convenience ( use and pay- full payer) . they want more of revolver so to make money , banks don't make much money only on swipes (from mdr) they will only earn profits when a customer revolves and pay interest.

Banks are playing their game we are our own ...

So what's your take on HDFC keeping on offering multiple substantial LEs for years on a MoneyBack CC that lies virtually unused because it's a MoneyBack CC ?

Most SBI cards perhaps other than Aurum
All ICICI cards other than AmazonPay

SBI and ICICI cards have bad rewards on paper, but they will save you so much over the year on instant discounts.
Cleartrip, Yatra and Amazon have a lot of sbi/icici instant discounts. If you're a regular flyer/shopper then the savings you get from these card in a year can be huge.
