Tracking IndusInd Exclusive Debit Card Points : Excel Template

Using Indusind Visa Exclusive DC. I guess this Visa variant is too late to give points.

* Had a bill of 50.5k, paid on 8th Feb.
No points credited, waited for 10 days.
* Had to pay another bill of 35k on 18th Feb.
* Now have some 8k bills too, I can wait for few more days, but not sure if I am doing the optimised way or not.

If possible please do guide if this is correct way I am following, ie. pay highest amount of bill first. Then wait out few days to pay the next bills.
As the points are rewarded too late for Visa variant. I won't be able to wait for points to come before paying next bill.
Using Visa is tough. You can't optimize because sometimes points take 20 days to be credited

I have a query bhaiyo, if we spend Rs 9000 for payments. Then 5000 spends will earn 2 points per Rs 200 and remaining 4000 will earn 3 points per Rs 200. Or it is the 2nd case where whole Rs 9000 will earn 3 points per Rs 200. ?

same here bro. paid 15k on 8th feb, 10k on 18th feb. today is 24th feb, still those points arent credited (exclusive visa dc).Does anyone know if Indusind takes the "point credit date" for calculating monthly quota or is it the "payment done date"?

Initially I had a lot of trouble tracking points on transactions made through IndusInd Exclusive debit card. So with some help from ChatGPT, I made this excel template to note my monthly spends and corresponding reward points which is expected. Now it is much easier to pinpoint the transactions for which the rewards have not been credited.

1. Note down details of each transaction made using Exclusive debit card.
2. Column D and F are automatically calculated for monthly cumulative amount and reward points based on the transaction amount.
3. IndusInd is not regular in crediting points You can check the mobile app or Internet Banking site from time to time to confirm points have been credited. Note the difference in points before and after. That will give you number of points credited at one time.
4. See the total of reward points expected and verify if the same number of points have been credited. Most of the time it will match roughly with the calculated figure.
5. If you have verified that points credited, mark the last column as yes. If there is something missing, you can easily find out for which transaction you have not received points. The difference will be the same number as per points expected column.
6. In case there is a missing points issue, you can wait for few days. If the transaction which happened after the missing one has been rewarded, then you can check if the missing one has any MCC issue, for example it may not be eligible for points. Otherwise, you can take up with priority.care team with the transaction details.

For calculation of points, I have used the information made available in this forum by the awesome contributors. Hope you find it useful. Let me know in case of any mistakes or improvements I can make to this.
How you are Tracking transaction wise rewards points. Indusind Bank is not showing transaction wise rewards. They are showing total rewards points only

I think I have mentioned very clearly. I don't have any trick to see the exact reward point for each transactions. I am just noting each transactions I make and the expected points is calculated with help of the formula in the sheet. When points get credited, I compare before and after figure to know how many points came. Using some simple math you can figure out which transaction didn't give points. Try it
