[Transaction Blocked] Mobikwik now accepting Amex for Rent Payment

I randomly opened Mobikwik today and noticed that it now accepts Amex for rent payment which it did not from the past few days.
The charges are around 2.36%

I don’t think amex charges any additional amount and since rent payments are not in exclusions for milestone and membership rewards, you should get that benefit.

Ofcourse, if we don't rotate, then Paytm is more attractive option given they give cashback as well, bringing it to net 1.15% for amex.

And Paytm still allows the *cough* utility *cough* payment 😉 without additional surcharge

so for first time users paytm is good
second time onwards a 4.65% charge to load and a 1.5% wallet cash back is or mobikwik with flat 2.95 minus the cashback being offered which again can be transferred to bank

Absolutely ! Mobikwik is better for bank transfers, Paytm for everything else !

Wallet to bank transfer is how I am using my AMEX card for rent pay as well. The transaction takes place in tranches but something is better than nothing as MobiKwik here desperately encourages you to pay rent or transfer money via wallet.

I found out that upto exact 900₹ wallet load there are no charges for AMEX. from 901₹ onwards it's 2.36% as you rightly mentioned.
I am using this to do AMEX>MobiKwik>FastagRecharge. Other ways of fastag recharge by Credit Card were usually charging around 1%
Update: It was free only 1 time. So may be it's like once a month only. Now showing charges for all amounts

Need to load wallet and pay through wallet.
If yoh proceed directly with CC, it'll show card not supported.

I have done fully kyc on mobikwik wallet and was only able to add 21000 to the wallet. After that it says:

You have exceeded your daily wallet load limit. Please come back tomorrow. Please note that your limit will keep increasing as you keep using MobiKwik.

Is this normal?

Quoting myself as this was a 24 hour restriction after completing vkyc. It has been lifted after 24 hours and could load as much as I wanted up to 2L via Amex. Paid rent via Amex plat travel!
