Actually I gave 4 different address and 4 different phone number and email and 4 different accounts/device.

They just changed their policy noticed that user needs to verify identification to activate Global Roaming Plan which redeemed with Master Card.

Did u find any way to get it work? I have physical sim delivered long back, but not able to link it now. Saying sim not found in scanning the barcode. I tried clicking the activate on the data option, but it said verify to customer care over chat. Did u try chatting with them?

My trip is next week and will have to spend 1200 if it does not work out 🤦‍♂️.
