Unable to Get Standard Chartered Credit Card

Hi,

I have tried to get Standard Chartered Credit Card through Online Mode multiple times.

After filling the application and providing the needed documents, I have completed their telephone verification on each occasion. But after a while, I receive a mail that my Application is rejected. To know the reason, I have got in touch with the Customer Care, but they have refused to explain the reason behind it.

Can someone please guide me through on a reliable process of how to attain Standard Chartered Credit Card?

Are you salaried or self employed ?
Is your company an MNC?

Try to open an account and do good transactions. You may get a LTF card pre-approved.

I you're salaried you can get a card

Stanc generally also check number of enquiries in past 3 months
If it’s more than 4 , then they tend to decline the application . Not sure about this , I was informed about it from a stanc credit card employee

I had 6. Still they approved. Looks like depends on mood of the bank
