Unable to pay electricity bill via Airtel thanks/Airtel Axis card

Today I was trying to pay my electricity bill via Airtel Thanks app using Airtel Axis card.
But at payment page, its showing that Airtel Axis is not accepting payment request.
Anyone else facing this issue?

I had a issue 3 days back

Paid Gas bill

Transaction was in processing stage for 4 hours

Then it showed successful at night

However IGL confirmed it today that the payment is received

Generally it happens instantly.

My CC bill payment txn is showing in progress from last 5 days.
Amount debited from source account.

Any way to raise complaint with Airtel. Raised complaint with Airtel Payment team but no such txn ID available with APB.
Whats the way to reach out Airtel Thanks support team for refund.
Tried on twitter no response.

Airtel Customer Care is Blind and can not see Bill Payment Txns in its System.

Kotak wale bol rhe h 1 week wait kro tb chargeback raise hoga. Esi bhi koi condition h kya? Chargeback raise krne k liye.

Kotak chrageback ka koi experience kitne din m paisa vaps aa jata h.

Merchant pe depend hai woh kitni jaldi Approve karega Chargeback.

pichle IDFC BBPS portal ka Chargeback to 3 months struggle k bad abhi aaya h ab ek nya chargeback. Earlier Bank was BOB now Kotak - let's see.
Pura month isi m nikl jata h...10rs kmao aur 1000 ka loss aur fir use track krte rho....milta 1% ya 2% magaj mari 100% ki. 🤓

Same problem. I paid CC bill with Kotak CC. Pending from 5-6 days. Will Raise chargeback.

Airtel is really bad at utility bills! I paid a utility bill of Rs 607 (Tata Power) on April 03 (received success message) and didn't realise the amount had been credited back on April 9.

I got alerts today from biller and thought I had paid but checked Airtel Axis statement and realised amount had been credited back!




Looks like Airtel Axis CC is only for Airtel and Swiggy, Zomato, BigBasket. Using Airtel Thanks for anything else may not be reliable.

Cashback seems fine. Getting 250 for sure for Airtel bill payment and remaining for Swiggy, Zomato and BigBasket.

Guys needs some clarification regarding part payment of electricity bill from different platform. Can one make part payment say to utilise 250 cb from airtel axis and the rest amount with different platform from different card?

I think this depends on service provider, whether they send 'amount editable' option as true or not.

I did not get option to edit amount for state govt boards for 3 states I've tried (MH, RJ & UP)

Yeah! Just tried editing and paid but the transaction failed and amount reversed. Its not possible it seems.
