Unable to pay IDFC CC bill in HDFC Bill portal

Hello Peeps

I have HDFC EasyShop Platinum card and I have recently seen that HDFC has added IDFC CC option in Bill payment section but when I try to pay the bill I have received the following alert

Selected Payment Method is not allowed for this biller

Any idea whats the issue ?
fyi Biller was verified and I have used EasyShop Platinum for other CC bill payments and they were successful

Update 1: I have tried to pay from HDFC Account instead of Debit card but received the same aforementioned alert

Yep, facing the same issue with both Mobile App and Web Netbanking

I just tried again and it went through. Almost immediately got an acknowledgement of credit from IDFC

I am not able to pay credit card bills on hdfc portal or app using my easyshop platinum DC. I have already added axis and icici credit cards few months ago and are active. Everytime I am getting payment failed error even with Rs 1 payment.
