I'm using Supermoney supercard since November. The first statement was generated on 2nd January and i immediately paid the bill of 2500 Rs. After 3 -4 days I got a message that the bill payment transaction had failed and I received 2500 in my account.
Now, I'm trying to pay the bill it shows there's no amount due. I have also tried to pay using NEFT but the transaction failed.
Everytime i speak with their customer support they say they will create a ticket on the app but after a few days they mark the ticket as solved without giving a solution.
How can I resolve this? I have a fd of 5000 rs against the card. Also the app doesn't allow custom amount payment.
