i am unable to receive money in my hdfc account through upi. i get a message saying account blocked due to security reason. i am able to receive funds through imps and neft.
its been a day already. I asked customer care yesterday but they said you need to check with branch officials.
Asked RM and he raised a request. Says backend team needs to update it. Will take 2-3 days.
