Unable to redeem Amazon prime vouchers

I have redeemed sbi bpcl points to get Amazon prime vouchers.

Now when I try to add to my Amazon account below is the message


We are sorry. For this Offer you have exceeded the number of promo codes you can add to this account.

Any suggestions?

Look at the terms of voucher written in sbi bpcl page. Make sure it’s not a promo. If proper voucher contact amazon care say unable to add
