I hold eterna from last 7 months. Couple of days back I tried to redeem 50000 reward points collected between Nov to April through the BOB financial app. The redemption request was rejected and the reward points vanished from my account. I tried calling customer care but they are not aware about it. Does anyone know whom to approach now? (I tried mailing but all I have received is a standard response from the customer care team without concrete solution.)
