Unable to see Reward Points on SBI Yono

TF Buzz
I have recently started making credit card payments on the SBI Unipay platform using the SBI Rupay Global card (digital). This was suggested by someone on twitter.

However, to this day, despite making 5-6 transactions, I am unable to see any reward points in the reward points section.

There are two ways I tried to check:

1. SBI RewardZ tab from the bottom menu. I see the following message when I tap that: We are unable to process your request, please try later.

2. I head to Cards -> My Debit Cards -> My Rewards : this section mostly comes up blank. On the rare occasion when it is not blank it simply has placeholder texts for reward points without showing any numerics.

Did anybody else face this?

I had faced similar issue n they provided below way n it worked

1. Go to our portal https://rewardz.sbi/
2. Click on "Register" option.
3. Enter your 11 Digits Customer ID (90845040500), it is available on your passbook front page.
4. Last 4 digits of bank register mobile number & captcha.
5. An OTP will be shared on your registered mobile number and email ID.
6. Validate the OTP, your personal details will be displayed.
7. Confirm the personal information.
8. Create User ID & Password.

You are very new to the account, give it 1-2 weeks for things to settle down. It may take even longer.

I do have the above issue, there is also a separate app called sbi rewardz. For me it shows up in this app and not in yono.

This worked. It was not easy to find the customer ID on Yono but I was able to eventually. Thanks a lot @iamdhamo

Worked as mentioned. For me rewards are visible in SBI rewardz app only. Not in YONO.

For new signup, CIF is required which can be retrieved by downloading transection statement from YONO app.
