Unable to track HDFC cc status

Hey folks I applied for HDFC Millennia credit card on 16th of October and as well as received an application reference ID for the acknowledgement, but till today, also, I am not able to check the HDFC credit card status on their official website. Since the website seems down because of scheduled maintenance for how long ? I am not able to get a hold of them. I’ve already emailed them, but they didn’t seem to reply.

I got approval mail
But couldn't track or get any details beyond that and escalation team also said my card was approved and wait for delivery.
I applied on 21st as pre-approved offer till now no delivery details confirmation

Got a link in sms with application number . When opening it’s redirecting to https://v.hdfcbank.com/maintenance.html

Can’t share exact link as it might be having encrypted application number

I tried using EVA. It said application in process but shows a different application number from what was sent in the sms. Hdfc being HDFC don’t know what’s happening with it and where to check

For me eva & whatsapp gave out link to check for status which is obviously under maintenance 😭

I got the reply via email and I also got a call too.
Website is still under maintenance 😭

As everyone else stated, the tracking link is under maintenance for a long time...
God knows when it will start working...
But their email notifications are prompt...

Yes, they replied to me when I raised a complaint via email, but they couldn’t help me with the tracking details since it wasn’t updated in the system yesterday.

This morning, I got a message with tracking details and followed by an out for delivery text. When I checked with the given details, it showed that the card was dispatched on 29th October


On a side note @SSV is millennia still giving cashback on Amazon gift card purchase via credit or amazon itself

Sorry, can't provide any details about millennia as i never used it..
My first ever functional HDFC card is Infinia Metal..
So I had no experience of using any other hdfc card..

Same situation here, well mostly.

I applied for their Rupay BIZ grow card only to be put on hold with reason - BUSINESS ADDRESS VERIFICATION UNSUCCESSFUL - 3 days after the person completed the in-person KYC. Since then Customer Service played ping pong for 4 other days. After a week, I escalated the matter and in true HDFC style they come back with a wordy email and reason - Contact point verification failed. Escalated to grievance redressal this morning mentioned that I am not playing to their circus tune or sending docs via courier or dropping physical docs in the bank in 2025, and asked them to withdraw the application. All this while, the progress tracking link is still under maintenance. I wish RBI bans them again for such rigid and outdated policies.
