Unable to transfer edge points to miles - Axis Bank (slider not moving)

I have been trying to transfer some of my points to AirFrance-KLM; however, the slider seems to be stuck and doesnt move beyond 300 (although i have 36000+ points). Anyone else facing this issue? Could this be because of some waiting period after linking a partner?
