All big ipo opening will also have a good opening on the listing day. That's what is evident from October to December 2025 listing's. Majority of them have had a good week run at least.

@ MEESHO IPO
My Personal Non-professional Opinion

1. How long will the company survive under this type of model—zero commission to sellers?

2. Is this model sustainable in the long-term perspective?

3. What will happen if bigger players enter into this low-commission model just to riddle the market of Meesho? Does Meesho have that kind of cash flow to compete with the bigger players? Ex: when Jio entered the telecommunications market, it ended the games of major telecom companies in 2015-2016; however, Airtel survived the wave because of its cash flow and trust of its long-term customers; on the other hand, Vodafone and Idea almost vanished. So cash flow is really important.

4. Revenue is increasing, which is a very plus point, but the loss is increasing as well—probably because of its business model.

5. Debt is zero, which is a sign that the company has sufficient cash flow for now.

So will I apply?
Of course, but for listing gains.
-- for the long term, it needs to prove itself in the next five years. It’s not easy to just remove Amazon and Flipkart from the market. India is becoming a duopoly market in this segment.

Meesho has very good reach in tier 2 / tier 3 due to low cost non branded items. They seem to be making money by logistics. But they seems to have got good penetration as of now.

I am planning to apply in HNI for first time.
