Hi all, I don’t have my current address proof of Mumbai on my Aadhar or any of the government documents. So while filling Amex application should I mention my current Mumbai address or my address mentioned on my Aadhar (Jaipur). But currently I am not in Jaipur.

Correct. Applications are processed based on PIN Codes.
Tirupati n Chittoor are two different towns. Separated by 60 kms - with many small towns n villages in between them. But, both towns have contiguous PIN Codes.
Moreover, in many databases, which are still in use, Tirupati is shown as a part Chittoor. Till recently, Tirupati is part of Chittoor District. Now, it is a separate District - Tirupati District.
So,
If AMEX is processing on cities, they can't deliver in Tirupati. If they do, based on PIN Codes, they can deliver here.

BTW, I got my AMEX MRCC 2 days BACK in Tirupati.
