Since you're new to IndusInd, few things
- mails never get response even for valid query.
- sometimes you may receive response after 2 months.
- customer support responds on paper template.
If both under same user id, you no need to do again.
Earlier I asked for 'let me know if you get any response from customer support' because I believe based on my experience you'll never get and you'll experience how their support works.
It will work, don't do anything unless they charged some min. balance or mostly you'll get message saying 'maintain balance to avoid charges'. Till then all good.
some more need to know basics with IndusInd:
no my primary account is in bandhan bank, also have accounts in sbi ,axis burgundy etc
Any problem with indusind bank?
netbanking can automatically log out in between fund transfer.
Annoying logout music.
Non-responsive mobile and netbanking after 10pm.
Support mails never get response (atleast I never get response for reply, till now).
Including nodal officer, your mails maynot delivered and marked as spam.
Loan conversion, dial an EMI etc. spam mails.
most interesting part is, if they send fd mail saying "we're offering so and so.." and by mistake if you see that mail...
