UPI Rent payment with Indusind Platinum RuPay Credit Card

Since I dont have a rupay card yet, I was going through IndusInds Platinum RuPay Credit Card benifits and saw this. It says earn rewards on *all* UPI spends. So if I pay my monthly rent to my landlord using gpay, will I get 2x rewards if using this rupay card? If so this seems like a great one to use.

Rupay CC UPI works on the Merchant QR only, you can't use it for the normal UPI transfers.
